Users should create articles in their relevant namespaces. Including articles other than of diseases and drugs(without trade names) is prohibited and are subject to deletion. Following are the available namespaces.

- Main - Creating an article without any prefix
- Doctor - Viewable by anyone. Locked for editing only by doctors. Doctors can mail us at doctors@freehspital.org for permission. We will contact you to verify that you are a doctor.
- News - Locked for editing by news media. Mail us at heal@freehospital.org
- Medical Student - Create articles in your namespace. Upload study material(Images), exam papers etc. Use the prefix "medical student:" in your articles
- Drug - For advertising. Mail us at advertise@freehospital.org
- Research - Post your articles with a prefix "research:"
- Case History - Enter your case history under your full name(name will be public) or a nick name with the prefix "case history:"
- CAM - Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Post articles with prefix "cam:"

All articles on the relevant namespace can be created with a prefix of the name of the namespace name. Ex:- To create an article called fungi in Research namespace, search for "Research:fungi" and if it isn't available, create it.

For more help on how to create articles, visit the KISS page or the HELP page. Please remember that an article under research should use full unique research names or shall be moved/deleted. Case Histories should be under a patients full name or a nick name. An underscore can be used to denote spaces. Ex:- Medical_Student:Exam_Questions
